Requirement

Grade 12 • National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Module in industrial phycology / and social science will be an added advantage or Equivalent NQF Level 06 Qualifications relevant to the field • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in delivery and coordination of Cooperate based wellness Programmers • A driver’s license • Competency in the use of computers especially in Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.

Knowledge of municipal applicable legislation • Good Communication Skills • Good writing skills

Key Performance Areas

Coordination of activities/ task associated with the design development and maintenance of Employee Wellness Programme • Responsible for implementation of health promotion programmes • Responsible for coordination of workplace sport functions • Correspondence, reports and recordkeeping • Scheduling assessments meetings with employee for comprehensive evaluation • Implementation of wellness initiatives and Programs as well as distribution of wellness information in order to improve health and wellbeing • Perform tasks/ activities associated with administrative and reporting requirements.
