Public Notice for Draft Integrated Development Plan

DRAFT INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2020/2021, DRAFT BUDGET 2020/2021 & OVERSIGHT REPORT ON THE ANNUAL REPORT: 2018-2019

Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 4 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 2000, (Act 32 of 2000) which is read in conjunction with Chapter 4 of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003, (Act 56 of 2003) that the Draft IDP for 2020-2021 and Draft Budget for 2020-2021 financial year has been prepared and tabled before Council on the 26^th March 2019.  The Oversight Report on the Annual Report for 2018-2019 financial year was approved by Council in accordance with Section 129 (1) (a) of  the MFMA. 

Comments and inputs or representations on the draft documents can be submitted in writing to the Office of the Municipal Manager by the 30^th April 2020. Copies of the Draft IDP 2020-2021, Draft Budget 2020-2021 and Oversight Report on the Annual Report and Annual Report: 2018-2019 are available on the municipal website:

www.andm.gov.za

The documents can be obtained in a hard copy format after the National Lockdown period as follows:
