Alfred Nzo District Municipality Executive Mayor, Cllr: Vukile Mhlelembana officially welcomed new Municipal Manager Mr. Zamile Sikhundla at the Press Conference held in the Municipal offices in EmaXesibeni.
“We are pleased because, we have been mandated by communities and are required by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa to deliver quality basic services to our communities. As such, we took oath of office as Council, we undertook to carry out this mandate with diligence, dedication, and honesty. Appointing an equally capable and experienced Management arm of government became necessary in order to ensure that our people are served with speed and diligence” said Mhlelembana.
He also added that “Mr Sikhundla comes with a wealth of experience in local government and we are confident that his expertise will assist the municipality to achieve its strategic objectives and to realize its vision”.
