Alfred Nzo District Municipality in partnership with Winnie Madikizela Mandela will be celebrating O.R. Tambo Day tomorrow the 27th of October in his place of birth Nkantolo Village. The Executive Mayor of Alfred Nzo District Municipality Cllr: Vukile Mhlelembana is expected to deliver the key note address on the day.
